He is a civil engineer with more than 25 years of professional experience. Master's and PhD in Civil Engineering from the Faculty of Engineering of the University of Porto. He was a professor of Applied Hydraulics, Soil Mechanics and Building Acoustics, in Portuguese-speaking countries for 12 years, having developed and published some works on these topics in international magazines and Congresses.
